Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)
Creating a Safe and Respectful Campus for All

Sai University’s Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) ensures a gender-sensitive, inclusive, and harassment-free environment where every student, faculty, and staff member is treated with dignity and respect.

INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE (ICC) AT
SAI UNIVERSITY

Sai University is dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive environment for work and study, free from gender- or sexual-based harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or exploitation. The committee focuses on gender sensitization and ensures a fair, accountable, and transparent process for addressing complaints of sexual harassment. It also works to foster a gender-inclusive culture across the campus.

The University upholds the principles of free inquiry and expression; however, sexual harassment is never a form of academic freedom of expression. Such behaviour undermines the integrity of the University, violates intellectual freedom, and breaches the principles of equality and dignity of all members.

All students, faculty, staff, part-time or contractual workers, and visitors are expected to treat each other with respect.

Everyone on campus, including those in temporary roles, is subject to the ICC’s policies, and violations may lead to disciplinary action.
