On September 3rd, Sai University hosted an engaging talk by Mr. Sarath Mohan, Assistant Professor, School of Law, on the theme: “One Person One Vote: Demarcating Democracy Through Delimitation.”
The session connected the technical process of drawing electoral district boundaries with the foundational principles of democracy. Mr. Mohan explored how the act of defining political borders can either strengthen or weaken representation, equality, and fairness.
