He began his career at Hindu Mission Hospital and College of Allied Health Sciences, where he served as Head and Professor, contributing to teaching, academic administration, laboratory training, and student mentoring. His subsequent associations with academic and healthcare institutions have included research, curriculum development, examination activities, and clinical laboratory services.
