Dr. Jemima is an Assistant Professor in the School of Arts and Science with 16 years of experience in psychology. Her expertise spans counselling, teaching, curriculum development, and organisational psychology.
She began her career as a Counsellor at SSN Engineering College and subsequently joined Madras Christian College. She has established and led an undergraduate Psychology department at an autonomous institution, overseeing curriculum development, Board of Studies processes, and the implementation of accreditation-aligned academic frameworks.
She also founded Limitless: Organisational Development & Psychological Services, an initiative connecting academic scholarship with professional practice, training, industry engagement, and counselling services.
