Mr. M. K. Santhanaraman, an expert in accounting and finance, audit, company law, secretarial procedures and compliances, direct and indirect tax law practice, foreign exchange management regulations, international customer contract conclusion, and board-level participation, is a chartered accountant with over 46 years of experience. He has provided consultancy services in various capacities to corporates and commercial, charitable, and educational institutions.

He is an alumnus of the Bangalore University and holds a degree in law. He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.
