Mr. Pradeep Udhas holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Union College, New York, and is widely recognized for his expertise in business transformation, technology, corporate governance, and global strategic advisory. He was a Senior Partner at KPMG in India, where he advised the Chairman on strategic initiatives and leads several of the firm's largest national and global client relationships.

A founding partner of KPMG in India, he has held several leadership positions, including Chairman of India Global, Head of Markets, and Managing Director at KPMG US. Prior to KPMG, he worked with IBM and later founded e2e Technologies, a technology consulting company. He also led the India operations of Greater Pacific Capital, a global private equity firm focused on investments in India and China.

In addition to his executive leadership roles, Mr. Udhas serves as an Independent Director on the boards of IndusInd Bank (India), Mondee Holdings Inc. (USA), and Finolex Industries Ltd. (India). He has also served on the boards of several other leading organizations and has actively contributed to industry bodies such as NASSCOM and TiE.
