He has extensive experience working with leading educational institutions across India, particularly those offering Plus Two programmes in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM), Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB), and Arts streams.

Throughout his career, Mr. Sreenivas has demonstrated a strong commitment to student development by providing guidance, motivation, counselling, and insights into the evolving educational landscape. He has counselled more than 300,000 students across India, helping them make informed decisions about academic pathways, career opportunities, and institutional choices.

His international visits to study educational systems have further broadened his perspective on academic practices and student development. His experience encompasses classroom instruction, admissions management, institutional branding, and strategic outreach initiatives across colleges and universities.
