Vijayasarathi S brings over 25 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Construction, and Project Management, with extensive expertise across Civil, MEP, and interior works.

He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Anna University and an M.Tech in Structural Engineering from SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), where he graduated with distinction.

He began his professional career with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) as a Construction Engineer and subsequently held leadership and project management roles with several leading organizations, including Mahindra Lifespaces, JLL, and Synergy. He previously served with Sai University from 2019 to 2024, after which he joined S&P Foundations Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President – Projects, before rejoining Sai University.

Over the course of his career, he has successfully delivered nearly 7 million sq. ft. of buildings and infrastructure projects across residential, commercial, software parks, and educational institutions, encompassing both low-rise and high-rise developments. His notable project associations include Express Avenue Mall and VR Mall in Chennai, RMZ IT Parks, Mahindra World City, and Sai University.

As Director – Projects and Infrastructure at Sai University, Vijayasarathi S will be responsible for driving the University's projects and infrastructure activities, covering the entire project lifecycle from statutory approvals and planning through execution, coordination, and final handover.
