The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at Sai University successfully conducted its Annual Awareness Program for 2025, titled “Respect, Dignity, and Safety for All.” The event brought together faculty members, staff, and students to deepen their understanding of the principles of safety, equality, and workplace dignity.
The program was graced by Justice Krishnaswami Chandru, Former Judge of the Madras High Court, who delivered an insightful address on the importance of the POSH Act in Higher Educational Institutions. His talk emphasized the need for awareness, accountability, and a robust grievance redressal mechanism to ensure a safe and inclusive campus environment.
Justice Chandru also engaged the audience with an interactive Q&A session, responding to questions from students, faculty, and staff on real-world challenges and best practices pertaining to POSH implementation.
