About Education Research Interests Major Works Dr. Mridula C. Jobson Associate Professor Dr. Mridula C. Jobson has 14 years of experience in teaching, clinical practice, and research, with expertise in Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology, and Organizational Psychology. She specializes in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Mother Teresa Women’s University. Her contributions to education and research have earned her several awards, including the Best Teacher Award (received for two consecutive years) and the Young Social Research and Service Award. She has authored numerous publications and is a member of prestigious organizations such as the International Neuropsychological Society, the American Psychological Association, and the Indian Academy of Neuroscience. She has held leadership roles within the organizations with which she has been affiliated. Furthermore, she has contributed to multiple national and international projects and provided her expertise through consultancy roles in various sectors. She is the founder of the Child and Adolescent Foundation India (CAAF INDIA), an independent non-governmental research organization dedicated to conducting research and interventions focused on children and adolescents. She has also worked on government and private projects. In addition, she leads CAAF e-University, a leading global online training platform dedicated to educating and empowering children, adolescents, and stakeholders worldwide. Her passion is working with neurodivergent populations and supporting initiatives that promote inclusion, mental health, and holistic development.

T Associate Professor PhD (as CSIR fellow), Anna University Chennai | Post-Doc, IIT Delhi Dr. Manobala has 8 years of experience in the field of biotechnology and has worked across the domain including medical devices, peptide therapeutics and biofilms. Manobala has done post-doctoral research from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. She has received laurels as Indian Academy of Science (IAS) student fellow, CSIR-UGC fellow (JRF and lectureship), AWSAR-DST awardee, best outstanding student awardee and is also a university gold medalist. She has several publications in various international reputed journals. Notably, a patent has been filed for her de novo novel peptide sequence against pathogens. She began her career with HCL Technologies, Chennai (Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD)) as lead engineer. Subsequently, she was associated with IIT, Delhi before joining Sai University. Manobala.T will be responsible for leading and instructing academic courses, conducting research and contributing to the scholarly community as a faculty member at Sai University.

Molly E. Smith was born in Chennai (formerly Madras) in India and received her BA (English, 1978) from Ethiraj College for Women and her MA (English, 1980) from Madras Christian College. She received her Ph.D. in Renaissance English drama from Auburn University in 1988. Dr. Smith has held tenure track and tenured faculty and leadership positions in universities in the USA and UK. She served as Director of University Honors at Saint Louis University, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Seton Hall University, Provost at Wheaton College (MA), and Saint Martin’s University. Dr. Smith also served as a permanent lecturer at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland for five years and as the eleventh President of Manhattanville College. She currently serves as Provost at Thomas More University. For over a decade, Dr. Smith was a member of the Board of Trustees of Fairleigh Dickinson University. She also served on the Educational Policy and Finance Committees of the Board of Fairleigh Dickinson University. Her other memberships include the board of the Keio Academy of Japan in New York; local business councils in Westchester(NY) and Lacey (WA); and the Foundation Board of W. V. S. Tubman University in Liberia (for a decade). As an Executive Committee member of the International Association of University Presidents (IAUP) between 2008 and 2011, Dr. Smith served as the organization’s representative to the United Nations; she continues as a member of IAUP. Upon invitation, Dr. Smith delivered the annual Cardinal Henry Newman Lecture at Manhattan College in 2011. Selected to participate in a Fulbright-Nehru Administrators Seminar in 2016, Dr. Smith visited several colleges and universities in India, including her alma mater, MCC. She has lectured on higher education, the liberal arts, women’s leadership, and Renaissance drama in several venues, including the University of Regensburg in Germany, the University of the West Indies in Trinidad, and Mastercard Worldwide in New York City. Dr. Smith has published two books on Shakespeare and his contemporaries and articles on Renaissance literature and drama. Krishnamurti Endowment Lecture on “Water Disputes Dilution.” Insights on water law, dispute resolution, sustainability, and global water-sharing systems. Sai University proudly hosted the Fourth S. Krishnamurti Endowment Lecture in Law , featuring Prof. Rhett Larson , Richard Morrison Professor of Water Law at Arizona State University (USA). Held on 14 November at the Sai University campus , the lecture explored the theme “Water Disputes Dilution” and offered globally informed perspectives on resolving water conflicts. Prof. Larson discussed how augmenting water availability can open pathways to more sustainable and cooperative water-sharing. His lecture examined practical solutions such as forestry management, cloud seeding, wastewater recycling, and groundwater recharge , offering balanced insights into the strengths and limitations of each approach. Drawing international parallels—including lessons from the Colorado River water-sharing system —he stressed the importance of accountability, transparency, and scientific collaboration as the cornerstones of resolving water disputes. The session was presided over by Mr. K. V. Ramani , Founder and Chancellor of Sai University, with special remarks by Prof. Ajith Abraham , Vice Chancellor. This lecture series is instituted by Dr. Vasantha Bharucha in memory of her father, Late Sri S. Krishnamurti , an eminent lawyer, humanist, and philanthropist.
