She is currently pursuing her PhD in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour at the Business School, Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Chennai campus. She holds multiple advanced qualifications, including an MBA in HR & Systems, MA in Sociology, MA in English Literature, Diploma in Labour Law, and B.Ed. in Social Sciences. Her academic achievements include a Gold Medal in Sociology from Madurai Kamaraj University, recognition among the Top 2% in Artificial Intelligence in HRM, a Silver Medal in Training & Development, and the Raman Research Award from VIT. She is also a certified POSH Professional Trainer, further strengthening her expertise in workplace compliance, employee well-being, and organisational development. She has published several articles on organisational innovation, psychological safety, organisational support, HR practices, and innovative work behaviour. Her career spans reputed organisations, including TVS Group, India Cements Educational Society, Lighthouse Learning Pvt. He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Anna University and an M.Tech in Structural Engineering from SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), where he graduated with distinction. He began his professional career with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) as a Construction Engineer and subsequently held leadership and project management roles with several leading organizations, including Mahindra Lifespaces, JLL, and Synergy. Dr. Vigneshhwaran brings over five years of research and teaching experience in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Biotechnology, Water Reclamation, Waste Valorization, and Bioenergy. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli (NIT Trichy), Tamil Nadu. He has received several accolades, including the NITT Budding Researcher Award (2024–25) and recognition for a Top Cited Article in the Water and Environment Journal (Wiley). His research focuses on sustainable functional electrodes and capacitive deionization. He has published six SCI-indexed research articles, authored two book chapters, and holds one granted Indian patent. Prior to joining Sai University, Dr. Vigneshhwaran served as a Research Scientist at SASTRA Deemed University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cardiac Vascular Technology from Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Puducherry (affiliated with Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research) and a Master’s degree in Echocardiography from Aarupadai Veedu Medical College & Hospitals, School of Allied Health Sciences, Puducherry, under Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation. She has completed extensive clinical training and internships at Vadamalayan Multi-Specialty Hospital, Madurai, Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Allied Health Sciences, and Raju Hospital, Kallakurichi. Her clinical expertise includes performing adult transthoracic echocardiography using M-mode, Color Doppler, PW, CW, and Tissue Doppler Imaging, 12-lead ECG monitoring and rhythm analysis, assisting in cardiac stress testing, hemodynamic assessments, cardiac catheterization procedures, and defibrillation under supervision, with strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.
